To implement quality standards, we first consult with an architect in designing the layout of each home. Randy then oversees and ensures that the sub-contractors build each home according to certain standards. We will build your home on any lot size of your choice. In addition, we ensure that each home is built with the following standards:

Exterior standards:

• Site specific soil test
• Engineered post tension foundation with piers
• All walls and ceilings framed 16" on center
• All exterior walls 100% OSB siding
• Exterior walls wrapped with "Tyvek" thermal wrap
• All windows vinyl

Interior Standards:

• Solid core doors
• Cellulose wall insulation
• "Trane" HVAC system 14 seer or better
• Return air in all bedrooms
• All cabinets solid wood (no particle board or MDF)
