Texas Premier Custom Homes is a family-owned and operated business based in Rockwall, Texas. Our mission is to build and sell custom quality homes. By quality, we mean that we take the time to ensure that each process is completed correctly and with care. We have recently built and sold homes in the Princeton and Royce City areas. Depending on your needs, we will build in other desired locations.

You may want to know what sets us apart from other builders. The owner of Texas Premier Custom Homes, Randy Mince, takes much pride in overseeing each step in the building process. He has worked in the construction business for more than 35 years and oversees all construction work. He works with his son, Kelly, in choosing the specific lots, design
floor-plans, aesthetic accents, and managing daily operations. They hire expert and experienced sub-contractors to work on these homes, and they work hard to implement high quality standards.
